Our Services

International operations, structured to deliver.

IFO provides a range of services designed to support international operations across logistics, trading, and energy-related sectors. Each service is offered independently and can be combined into an end-to-end operational structure.

01 / Logistics

International Logistics

End-to-end logistics coordination for time-sensitive, high-value cargo — across sea, air, road, and rail.

From origin factory to final receiving site, IFO coordinates every stage of the physical movement of goods. We work with time-sensitive shipments where delays are not a cost item but a project risk, and we build routing that survives disruption without compromising delivery windows.

Multimodal Transport

Coordinated sea, air, road, and rail across single or combined routes. We select the mode based on cargo, timeline, and risk profile — not on lowest cost.

Warehousing & Consolidation

Bonded and non-bonded warehousing at strategic hubs. Consolidation and deconsolidation to reduce total transit cost without adding transit time.

Route Optimization

Alternative routing pre-designed for every corridor we operate. When primary routes become unavailable, we already have qualified alternatives in reserve.

Customs Coordination

Documentation, HS code classification, incoterms structuring, and customs broker coordination — handled as part of the shipment, not as an afterthought.

Real-time Reporting

Milestone-based visibility with exception alerts. Partners see progress against schedule, and are informed proactively when action is required.

02 / Trading

Trading & Supply

International procurement, sourcing, and distribution across industrial and energy product categories.

IFO operates as a structured trading partner — matching suppliers to buyers across markets, negotiating commercial terms, and taking operational responsibility for delivery. We are not a broker; we are a counterparty who signs, delivers, and stands behind the transaction.

Supplier Sourcing

Verified network of manufacturers and distributors across primary and secondary supply markets. Every counterparty passes KYC, AML, and sanctions screening.

Procurement Execution

Purchase order structuring, letters of credit, payment routing, and delivery-linked payment schedules. Financial and operational structuring in one workflow.

Distribution & Fulfillment

Multi-destination distribution from consolidation points. Support for one-time shipments and continuous supply agreements.

Quality Control

Pre-shipment inspection, factory audits where required, and technical acceptance testing coordinated with independent inspectors when needed.

Contract & Commercial Structuring

Sales and supply contracts drafted or reviewed against operational reality — so what’s on paper matches what actually happens in the operation.

03 / Energy

Energy Solutions

Supply and integration of power systems, storage, and infrastructure for energy-sector projects.

The energy vertical is where IFO combines all three of our disciplines. We source and supply generation equipment, storage systems, and grid infrastructure — and we support integration and commissioning where the project requires it. Our work sits between the equipment manufacturer, the EPC contractor, and the project owner.

Power Systems Supply

Generators, transformers, switchgear, protection equipment, and balance-of-plant hardware for utility-scale and mid-scale generation projects.

Battery Energy Storage (BESS)

Utility-scale and commercial BESS supply — from lithium-based cells to full integrated systems with EMS and grid connection hardware.

Generation Equipment

Conventional and renewable generation equipment sourcing — including specialized items for hybrid and off-grid installations.

Grid Infrastructure

Transmission and distribution hardware, substation equipment, and specialized components for grid modernization projects.

Technical Coordination

Where projects require it, we coordinate with EPC contractors and system integrators through delivery, commissioning, and handover.

04 / Supply Chain

Supply Chain Management

Ongoing supply chain management for organizations with continuous international operations.

For clients with continuous rather than project-based operations, IFO acts as a managed supply chain partner. We take responsibility for supplier performance, inventory positioning, and delivery consistency — freeing internal teams to focus on end operations.

Supplier Performance Management

Ongoing monitoring, scorecarding, and corrective action management across the qualified supplier base.

Inventory Positioning

Strategic stocking at consolidation hubs to compress lead times without over-committing working capital.

Demand Forecasting Coordination

We align supplier capacity with client demand forecasts to prevent shortages and to negotiate better terms based on volume commitments.

Continuity Planning

Alternative supplier and route qualification maintained proactively — not as a crisis response.

Reporting & Analytics

Monthly performance reporting: OTIF, quality incidents, cost trends, and supplier scorecards.

Combined Delivery

The full stack — when the project requires it.

For complex international projects, IFO combines all four services into a single accountable structure. Trading provides the commercial layer. Logistics moves the goods. Energy Solutions adds technical integration. Supply Chain Management sustains the operation after the first delivery.
